File setup and upload

If you need to upload files, please scroll down to upload portal. This portal should only be used to send replacement files or offline orders.

 

ALL IMAGES MUST:

 

  1. Be converted to CMYK
  2. Be made at 300dpi resolution
  3. Be submitted in .jpg, .tiff, .eps, .png and .pdf formats. PDF always produces the best results.
  4. Have at least a 1/4th inch bleed - for example, if you order a 4"x6" postcard, your canvas should be set to 4.25"x6.25".

Remember to bring all of your images to the edge of the canvas. Everything within the 1/4" area is allowed for trimming (everything in this area will be cut off during the trim process)

 

To Place Your Order:

 

  1. Go to the product page of your choice.
  2. Click on the price of the quantity you would like to order.
  3. You will then be taken to the shopping cart, where you may choose to checkout or continue shopping for additional products.
  4. Once the order is placed, you will be taken to the area where you may upload your print ready files.
    IMPORTANT: You must use the same email to upload your files, as you did when you placed the order. This is how we track your order.
