What file formats are acceptable for print?
We accept the following file formats: .tif , .jpg , .eps , . ai , .pdf, or .psd files.
What Resolution should my print ready files be submitted at?
All files submitted for print must have a resolution of 300dpi with embedded or outlined fonts in order to be "Print Ready".
Can I resize my 72dpi artwork to 300dpi?
Unfortunately, You can not increase the resolution for a design that has been created at low resolution. This will result in images and text to print blurry or grainy and at times to be totally unreadable.
How should I set up my bleed and crop marks?
Bleed must extend further than the cut line. Using one of our UDDS Templates can help you visualize this. Please keep all text and anything you do not want cut at least .125" away from the cut line.
How do I make sure my blues don't come out as purple?
When using a blue in your design, always make sure to leave at least a 30% difference in your Cyan and Magenta values. Blue is close to purple in the CMYK spectrum. Remember, use a low amount of magenta whenever using high amounts of cyan to avoid purple.
What is bleed?
Artwork extended 1/8" on all 4 sides to allow for cutter variance. For example, a 4"X6" postcard would have a canvas size of 4.125"X6.125".
What are the CMYK values for rich black?
C 60 M 40 Y 40 K 100 - This will give you a deep, dark, rich black.

Do you offer rushy services?
Yes we do. We offer 48 hour turnaround service on most standard products, and 24 hour for select products. Please call to discuss your job in detail if requesting 24 hour service. We do not offer rush for custom jobs.

What paper stocks do you use?
We mostly use high end industry standard stocks - 100lb gloss book, 100 matte book, 14pt or 16pt card stock, 15pt and 16pt silk laminated stock, linen stock and more! If you need something in particular, please feel free to inquire with us.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders. Since we have plants on different coasts, you will receive your job within 1-2 buisness days after it's completed. If you need expedited shipping services - 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, please contact us to get rates.
Wen will my job be ready to ship?
Printing turnaround times are listed on each product page, but most products are shipped within 5 business days. We also offer 24 and 48 hour turnaround (job must be in and approved by 9AM of the morning for 24 and 48 hour turnaround).
